Core Seoul

It was such an incredible experience! We went for dinner during weekdays and it exceeded our expectations. I usually don’t eat any seafood however I really loved the tuna tartare! Of course their pasta is absolutely amazing, we kept ordering more and more 😂 The lamb was super good paired with their sauce, make sure to try the mint jelly with it. The service and ambience were a 10/10 .Would definitely go again! Also try their tiramisu, best I had in Korea!

Had dinner at Monocle Dosan and really enjoyed it. The space feels cozy yet elegant, making it a great place for a relaxed night in Apgujeong. We tried the tuna tartare, saffron risotto, truffle lasagnette, and striploin — all were well balanced and nicely done. The truffle lasagnette was especially memorable, and the striploin was cooked just right. Drinks were also great — the sparkling wine and Shirley Temple mocktail went well with the meal. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a comfortable but refined dining spot in Seoul.

It was an amazing experience! Perfect place for any kind of celebration or even just a night out with friends :) the food was served so quickly and the service was top tier! The workers also were able to speak some English which definitely made the experience more comfortable ❤️

Had a lovely dinner here! The food was absolutely delicious! We had an amazing rack of lamb that was presented in a beautiful box, and then we also had Truffle pasta and fries which really helped to compliment the meal. Overall if you want a fancy dinner, then definitely go here!

I had dinner with my wife and ma son here. The air of the restaurant was so nice. Cocktails were pretty impressive. We ordered quite a lot of food. And people you got to order pasta. Those were more good. Thanks again to the chef and the service team;)
