I visited during their posted opening hours, but there were no staff around and no one answered the phone. After waiting for quite a while, I finally managed to reach someone by text and call, but the response was extremely rude. When I asked if we could enter, they said they would open soon yet no one ever came out, and all we heard was an unfriendly, careless tone saying they were “in a meeting.” The only person we saw entering or leaving the place was a food delivery driver. If they couldn’t open, a simple apology or honest explanation would’ve been the least they could do, but instead, their attitude showed no sense of responsibility at all. This was the first place I visited with high expectations, but it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. I definitely won’t be coming back.

Eventually, an acquaintance left a DM on the establishment's management account, and the response received was a request to "please give us about 15 more minutes before opening." Although it was not a pleasant situation, we had planned to meet up in good spirits, so we willingly waited until a staff member opened the shop. However, even though the mentioned time had long passed, there was not a single word about further delays or an apology. We eventually called them directly, but they didn't answer. Finally, after hesitating, they abruptly told us they were in a meeting. Putting aside the fact that they were not open long after the stated opening time, the customer service and operational management were truly disappointing in many ways. I have much more to say, but I will stop here. I have no intention of revisiting with friends in the future. Thanks to the positive reviews I had seen on Naver, I came with high expectations and even arrived right after the official opening time. When they finally answered, the staff hesitated and abruptly said they were “in a meeting.” Lmaooo Being far past the stated opening time was already disappointing, but the lack of proper customer service and poor operational management were even more concerning. I have more to say, but I’ll leave it at this. I do not have any intention to revisit, nor to recommend this place to any friends in the future.
